Creating Calm & Resiliency In The Midst of Chaos & Covid-19
The intention of this class is to share strategies, tools and resources that will inspire, motivate and help you to create the resiliency and calm during this challenging time. Most of us do just fine when our outer circumstances, situations and people are showing up in pleasing ways, but what do we do when that is not happening? My mother used to say: “life is easy when everything outwardly appears harmonious, but how do you find harmony when the outer conditions are not keeping up with your ideals?”The tools that can navigate us through these darker more challenging times are more relevant today than ever both personally and globally. Also different techniques work for different people—there is not just one answer or panacea.
We will explore practical ways to move through these challenges physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually including experiential exercises and techniques that will help you to illuminate the dark moments, increasing your courage and strength and help you stabilize a greater calm even in the midst of chaos..
