Nature Is Your Best Ally For Health And Wellbeing
Known as the “Science of Life”, Ayurveda touches upon several features of how to live a healthy, happy, satisfying life. It places absolute priority on an individualized daily lifestyle routine (known as dinacharya), which includes everything from diet, movement, and breath, to specific self-care rituals such as self-massage. The foundation of this ancient science lies in the
idea that as beings of Nature, our best self can be found when we connect to the wisdom of Nature, and in so doing, it can support us every step of the way on our health journey. This talk will focus on how we can integrate a consistent self-care practice into our busy lives by using Nature’s rhythm to achieve optimum results (it’s what our mind and body were literally
designed to do!). We will explore how Nature regulates not only our own body and mind, but our understanding of Nature itself, and how the key to long-term health lies in unlocking its potential.
